The transalpine brand Italjet returns to the streets with its latest great novelty, nothing more and nothing less than the reissue of its legendary scooter that left its mark on a whole generation of passionate bikers. The Italjet Dragster 125 and its older sister, the Dragster 200 return in style to the delight of fans of two wheels.
It was in the 90s when the Italian house launched those two scooters, on that occasion in 50 and 125 cc, causing a stir in the industry and in the market. In this 2022 Italjet has returned to revolutionize the conception of scooters with two more powerful versions, 125 and 200 cc with a more than groundbreaking design.
The Bologna-based brand aims to make us feel multiple emotions again, with a commitment and new solutions in terms of comfort, safety and performance. For example, all the mechanics that it incorporates have been completely developed in the European country. This model is presented with a single-cylinder 4-stroke engine, liquid cooling, double overhead camshaft and 4 valves. The fuel system is provided by the electronic injection system designed and manufactured by the legend Magneti Marelli. Brake and suspension system
In the field of brakes and suspensions there have been great developments. In this sense, the Emilia Romagna house mounts a multi-tubular chassis made of steel combined with machined cast aluminum side plates. The mono-arm is designed in forged aluminum and is assisted by an oleo-pneumatic mono-shock absorber, that is, it combines oil and gas. It is the same one that is also mounted on the rear axle. Both have spring preload regulation. In addition, in relation to braking, it is made up of two discs, one for each axle, 200 mm at the front and 190 mm at the rear, both of which are actuated by Brembo calipers and assisted by the dual Bosch ABS system. channel. This system is anchored to 12” and 13” rims and Pirelli tires in sizes 120-70-12” on the front axle and 140-60-13” on the rear.

The new Italjet Dragster 125 comes standard with state-of-the-art Full LED lighting, with a double-optic headlight and a double LED module for each of them.
