It uses the same high-performance engine as its “eighth-liter” single-cylinder sisters, capable of almost reaching the legal barrier for these models with its 14.6 hp of maximum power. For this, it resorts to high-level solutions, as shown by its distribution system using double overhead camshafts to move its four valves and cooling by water.
The inclusion of an anti-lock clutch system to increase safety while driving is not indifferent, a development that is not found in many motorcycles with much higher displacement. It also highlights the inclusion of two engine response modes, sport S or economic E by adjusting its injection system, a component of Bosch origin.
